I. Who is responsible for customs and import duties?
A. Buyers are responsible for them.
II. Do buyers know about it?
A. Yes, most of buyers are aware of it and certainly informed once more before payment.
5. Claims: Cancel, Change, Exchange, Return, Refund
I. What are the policies for refund/exchange/change of order?
A. At PUTONART, sellers are able to set their own policy for shop, but some exceptional regulations are applied by PUTONART. [Read T&Cs]
II. Are buyers allowed to cancel the order?
A. Yes, buyers are allowed to cancel the order but only before sellers confirm. After sellers confirm the order, it is basically ineligible to cancel but sellers can discuss with buyers via messenger in case they have not started production or shipment.
III. Buyers have requested for changing order.
A. If sellers have confirmed the order, it is ineligible to change contents of the order but sellers can discuss with buyers via messenger in case they have not started production or shipment.
IV. Buyers want to exchange products.
A. You may inform your shop policy(do NOT forget to set policy before selling) regarding exchange to buyers.
V. Buyers want to return products and get refund.
A. You may inform your shop policy(do NOT forget to set policy before selling) regarding return and refund to buyers.
VI. Buyers have opened a case regarding shop service.
A. It is recommended to reach an agreement with buyers directly through messenger if the case is referred in shop policies. For the other cases, contact to email@example.com
I. Does PUTONART offer consignment sale service?
A. No. Sellers should offer drop shipping service(shipping directly to customer) while selling on PUTONART.
II. I sell made-to-order and customized products. How can I communicate with buyers?
A. Sellers can send message to buyers about that order through ‘My Wall’ > ‘Order’ at down-left.
